Why do you charge a fee instead of earning commissions?
Commission-based advisors earn more when they recommend higher-cost products. That's a conflict of interest. By charging a transparent fee, our only incentive is to give you advice that's right for you — regardless of which product (or no product) that leads to.
Is the free discovery call really free, with no strings attached?
Yes. The discovery call is a 30-minute conversation where we listen first. If there's a good fit, we'll tell you honestly. If you're better served by another resource or type of advisor, we'll say that too. There is no sales script and no minimum commitment.
Can I book a deep-dive without doing the discovery call first?
Yes — if you already know what you need. The discovery call is designed to make sure a deep-dive is the right next step for you; skipping it is fine if you have a specific, clear agenda for the session.
