Smart SIP Solution ("we", "us", "our") is a female-led financial consultancy based in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. By accessing this website or engaging our advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

We offer fee-only financial planning consultations (discovery call, deep-dive, ongoing care), financial education, and a library of free online calculators for Indian-market scenarios. We do not offer stockbroking, portfolio management services (PMS), or mutual fund distribution.

3. Calculators are illustrative

Every calculator on this site is provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. Results are projections based on the inputs you provide and assumed rates; they do not constitute investment advice, financial forecasts, or guarantees of return. 4. Advisory model — fee-only, no commissions

Our advisory services are provided on a fee-only basis. We do not receive commissions, trail fees, referral payments, or any other form of remuneration from product manufacturers, fund houses, brokers, or third parties. Our only revenue source is the transparent fee you agree to before engagement.

6. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the fees you have actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For users who have not paid any fees (e.g., free calculator users), our liability is ₹0.
